Pre-wedding
About a month out from your wedding, you'll receive an email from us requesting some important details for the day — your run sheet, supplier contacts, and wedding party information.
Included in that email is an invitation to book a pre-wedding call with Nathan. In this call we'll walk through the run sheet together, confirm timings, and make sure everything is locked in so we're fully prepared on the day.
Once that's done — you're all set. Nothing else is needed from you before the day.
Wedding day
The planning is done. Today is yours — just enjoy every moment of it.
Our filming approach is entirely candid and natural. We won't put you in awkward situations or ask you to pose. We move quietly through the day capturing real moments as they happen, so you can be fully present without thinking about the camera.
Trust the process. We'll be there to capture all the magic.
Post-wedding
Filming is done and your footage is safely backed up. Now we get to work.
Your social preview will be ready within 14 days of the wedding. We'd love for you to tag us when you share it — @seaoflovefilmco.
Your full films will be completed within 4–6 weeks and delivered via a private, permanent download link.
Please make sure you save your video files to a local drive once you receive them.
Before your pre-wedding meeting, we recommend reviewing your contract and familiarising yourself with your package deliverables — this helps us make the most of our time together and ensures everyone is aligned ahead of the day.
Music
Music sets the emotional tone of your film and plays a huge role in how it feels when you watch it back in 10, 20, 30 years. That's why we use licensed music — it keeps your video online, sounds timeless, and stays personal to you as a couple long after the trends move on.
We encourage your input on song direction. We've built a dedicated music guide to walk you through the process, explain what's available, and help you find tracks you genuinely love.
